What are your return policies?

We recommend dming us or emailing us if there are any questions regarding the sizing before the order is purchased so errors can be drastically reduced. Please feel free to reach out to us.

In case there is still a sizing issue on arrival of the piece , a request for an exchange can be issued via dm @hogwash.in or via email on contact.hogwash@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product, with the details of the sizing issues. All courier expenses have to be incurred by the customer.  We can either pick up the product and charge the customer Rs.150 or it can be sent back to us directly with the courier company the customer chooses. We recommend sending us a video so we can send it to to the production team and resolve it immediately. 

We do not offer refunds, only exchanges and store credit. Please make sure the tags are intact and the product is unused. We will be unable to exchange the product if these conditions are not met.

The shipping cost for the exchange, have to be paid by the customer and will not be incurred by Hogwash.

Please note: The store credit is only valid up to 60 days from the day the product is received back to us.

Exceptions for exchanges and store credit:

  1. All sale items are final and can not be exchanged.
  2. Any item that is custom made to fit, can not be exchanged

  

How long will it take to ship?

We ship the order within 2-4 days of the order being placed. The delivery partners take anywhere from 2-10 days to ship the order depending on the pincode. Prepaid orders are given a priority over cod orders.  Express orders are shipped out the fastest.

Prepaid orders are shipped out the fastest. COD orders are confirmed once we are able to speak to the customer and the shipping timelines are longer than prepaid orders
